Spiral ducting is a rigid circular duct system designed for commercial, industrial and larger residential ventilation and air conditioning applications.

The spiral-wound construction gives the duct excellent strength while keeping it relatively lightweight, making it ideal for exposed ductwork, main duct runs and installations where a robust, professional system is required.

The Spiral System

Spiral ductwork uses purpose-made fittings that connect directly into the spiral duct, allowing complete systems to be assembled quickly and accurately.

Depending on the fitting range, factory-fitted EPDM rubber seals provide a secure, airtight connection without the need for additional on-site sealing.

The system is designed to make installation straightforward while maintaining good airflow performance and reducing air leakage through duct joints.

Factory-Sealed Fittings

Selected Spiral fittings incorporate an age-resistant EPDM rubber sealing gasket fitted during manufacture.

The gasket forms the seal as the fitting is inserted into the duct, helping provide a reliable airtight joint while reducing installation time and the need for additional sealing materials.

The spiral system is designed to achieve Class D airtightness, with the EPDM sealing system suitable for temperatures from approximately -30°C to +100°C.
