GREASE FILTERS
The Airflo Grease Filter is a light weight washable panel unit
especially designed for use in cooking exhaust systems. As acids present
in the trapped greases of kitchen exhausts corrode ordinary steel,
Airflo filters are constructed of acid-resistant aluminum throughout. The filter media consists of a 50mm thick honeycomb of specially corrugated light gauge aluminium sheet enclosed in an aluminium frame. This 50mm wide aluminium foil strip is formed into a system of double compound curves so that when folded back on itself it forms a non-nesting system of smooth walled honeycombs.

CARBON FILTERS
APPLICATION: Light to moderate duty appliances, commercial and residential odour removal applications. Suitable for electronic and mechanical air cleaners; fans, and rangehoods. DESCRIPTION: Flexible Carbon Filled Fibers; this unique product offers SUPERIOR ODOUR REMOVAL WITH LOW AIR RESISTANCE.

ODORGUARD can be made into Panel filters 11, 22 or 50mm deep.
Odorguard Pads, when used only as
the odour removal component (i.e. particulates are collected on
pre-filters) should not increase the pressure drop using use. If dust or
dirt is found on these products, it is recommended that the efficiency
level of the pre-filters be increased, changed more frequently, or both. |

DISPOSABLE FILTERS
APPLICATION: Disposable panel filters are ideal for use as a pre-filter in combination with high efficiency filters. It helps extend the life of the higher efficiency filter from premature dust loading and replacement. DESCRIPTION: Disposable panel filters are constructed with a totally unitized double wall, die-cut box, and moisture resistant beverage board frame. The media is bonded inside the frame at all points of contact, providing a sturdy, reliable construction that does not deteriorate under difficult operating conditions.

Media is a special blend of non-woven cotton and synthetic fibres formed
into a high loft mat for maximum media thickness to hold more dust. |
