from 1 off specials to standard stock items. BJC elements offer a full
range of services, from design and development through to testing in its
own laboratories. The company has strong focus on staff training and is
accredited to both ISO 9001 2000 (Quality) and NZS 4801 2001 (Safety).
Together we are able to offer a complete package, from design to the finished product.
MULTI-PURPOSE ELEMENTS
Multi-purpose elements offer the user the ability to reshape or modify
an element for use in a wide variety of heating applications in many
environments, including air, water and acid or alkaline situations.
These elements are ideally suited for prototype runs or urgent repairs.
IMMERSION HEATERS
Immersion heaters
consist of tubular heating elements, which are silver soldered or TIG
welded into a threaded brass, steel or stainless steel screw fitting.
Immersion heaters or tank heaters as they are sometimes referred to, can
then be inserted into a threaded opening in a tank wall.
Immersion heaters are used to heat fluids such as oil, water, chemical
solutions, mild acids, electroplating and salt solutions etc.
Immersion heaters are manufactured in a wide range of sheath materials
to suit any medium.
Sheath materials include but are not limited to: Incoloy 800, Stainless
304, 309 and 316. Sheath diameters are 6.2mm, 8mm and 11.1mm.
FINNED AIR HEATERS
BJC
ELEMENTS Thermofin finned tubular heaters are made of corrosion
resistant Stainless Steel. Unlike mild steel and nickel plated finned
air heaters, the BJC ELEMENTS F8 and F11 series will not compromise the
quality of air passing over them.These "fit and forget" elements have
proven themselves over the past 30 years of their manufacture and are
ideal for all air heating applications in even the harshest of
environments.
COMMERCIAL CATERING
Fast
food outlets, canteens, hot bread shops, restaurants etc.
use a vast array of heating elements. BJC design and
produce all types, at a quality level for continuous
operation - eg baking and pizza ovens, steamers,
bain-maries, fryers, rotisseries, grillers, stock pots,
toasters and large hotplates. Do-it-yourself tubular
elements are annealed straight length elements designed
for on-site bending a fitting. Ideal for custom-built
work, short runs, prototypes and repairs to existing
equipment
DUCT HEATERS
Complete air heater
banks incorporating the BJC range of elements are
designed and built to meet the requirements of individual
air conditioning installations.
RADIANT HEATERS
A full range of heavy
duty radiant heaters incorporating 11mm diameter sheathed
elements.
BLOWER HEATERS
Suitable for use in
shops, self service stores, restaurants, studios,
changerooms etc. Heaters are of robust construction, and
are simple to operate.
DRUM HEATERS
The 200
litre (44 Gallon) drum is still today the container of choice to hold
many solid, liquid and semi-liquid products. To heat these products, an
electric drum heater is the safest and most efficient way of heating the
contents.
