Interlock flexible ducting is a robust, durable lightweight air duct, and answers the need for low-cost ducting systems for the commercial and domestic air-conditioning industry. Being a truly flexible air duct, Interlock is compressible in its length. This allows it to be compression packed, minimizing storage and transport costs and greatly assisting in preventing loss of product through damage whilst in transit or on-site handling. Each length of Interlock individually packed for your convenience.
LOW FLOW-RESISTANCE
Interlock whilst being ultra flexible, maintains it full diameter through the tightest of bends, allowing ease of installation in the most awkward of situations.
When correctly installed (i.e. correct length is used to avoid corrugations in its length) resistance to air flow is minimized.
LONGER LENGTHS-FEWER JOINTS
Because of Interlock’s unique side wound construction you are no longer limited to 3 metre lengths – it can be supplied in 6 metre+ lengths. This means faster installation, reduction of costly joints and virtual elimination of waste.
A FULL RANGE OF SIZES
Interlock Flexitube ducting is available in a range of sized from 100mm through to 600mm (in 50mm increments). The use of 40mm (nominal thickness) polyester thermal blanket to insulate Interlock produces the high performance thermal properties.
PRODUCT RANGE
Interlock Flexitube duct is available in Uninsulated, Insulated with Poly Sleeve, Manufactured in Christchurch by Airflow Engineering (SI) Ltd. The superior flexible air duct.
